I didn't boil set any hair this time. And I'm still on the fence about "boots" so she is laying on the the rethrift stack for now. But the girls are ready. *, *

Beautiful ladies!  Two are fully dressed. The boots!  Those shoes! The doll in the black club clothes is just gorgeous, I don't know what line she's from, but she's my favorite of the bunch:-D I the blonde in the boots will probably be re-donated, I only really wanted her boots. But the platinum blonde might just be my next Harley Quinn. No promises. I love her face. And of course Mulan. Traditional costume, no shoes. I couldn't leave her. The all need a dip, but that's where the fun begins. Thx again. nyw *, *

I bought the "Curvy"  fashionista, retail, no less. I ordered her off Amazon, $8, not bad. Now just have to figure out what she wants to do with herself. 2. Maybe art school in Paris? Check out her boots :-D 3. Then, what will she wear while she's there?  I love to make clothes, it's the shoes... It's all about the shoes😆 4. These sandles so cute... 5. I never read the "Alice..."  books and I'm not really interested in the story line. But I'm very inspired by the characters. And this is my my Red queen.

I'm in love with a moxie girl these days. Fully dressed. Cute pink shoes on peg legs... Go figure, but still so cute. A brown haired ken, in great shape. Wearing shorts and a watch-random-but I don't have this face. And I'm going to try and let the boys out to play more often... Maybe :-D A pink car for $1.50. Couldn't pass that up for a repaint. I watched a YOUTUBE video where a crafter covered the car with glitter and jewel stickers. I don't have that much free time on my hand but her car were fabulous and this one might get some paint😆 Last but not least, the sint/vanity, yeah!!! I've been working on a bathroom for a while now and this is perfect. Thanks again, nyw *, *

Fully dressed with boots. Only drawback, the moxie doll has pegs not feet. But the boots and jeans are so cute I don't care. :-D Plus I spent too much money just to get a broken doll, wearing torn clothing. But I did get a cute baby doll for my grand baby as part of this haul as well .  That's the fun of the hunt. Sometimes treasure, sometimes trash *, *

When I gathered these for this photo, I'm realized I have a tiny them going. Even my fat quarter bundle is "Asian" themed. So now I really need to do a real photo shot with my favorite man. He's my best male find, so far. Thx again nyw *,*

She was bagged with a naked Cinderella that I "re-donated". Both for $1.99. So she was, to my mind, $1 :-D fully dressed. With cute shoes and a twist turn waist. Who knew doll shoes were my krytonite *, *

The shoes are so tiny now. Size comparison Mattel set I bought last year, to my mark downs. Only tiny Disney Princess feet can fit these new ones. Old school Skippers, which I collect for my school, have Ken size feet compared to to a DP :-D.

Or should I say impulse buys:-)  they were $2.44 each. Baking set: bowl, hand mixer,  cup cake tin,  measuring spoons and tiny cake... Yum. Cleaning set: dust buster, scrubber, and 2 kinds of spray. Shoe and accessories pack: neon jellies, heels and flats for my school girls... Yeah

You can never have too many baby things and this Mulan has the face of a super villain :-D plus cute crop pants and a sheer blouse *, *

I was hoping to get more regular with my posts. And it would be lovely if I really was relaxing by the ocean, but alas real life, as you know, is so much more complicated. Grandma duty doesn't end because you're under the weather. So dress some dolls and have some fun. Thanks for checking in*, *nyw :-D

Cute moxie girl. Barbie vanity and bench. Barbie beauty station. Just an observation, but the Mattel accessories are always so out of scale. My guess different manufacturers from the dolls.  So, it just adds to the fun of finding them in the Thrift and giving them a make over. *, * Let's not forget the dressform. Who's body shape is that? I couldn't make out the markings. It might be classic Barbie-tiny waist, big bust. To me it's very "artsy", I might decoupage it😄 luv it!

I had an idea for a tribal group made up of a leader, a warrior and a healer. Then my concept got complicated and there were so many ways it could be interpreted, that I just wanted to share the picture. At least it's a good shot and the costumes came out just as I envisioned them. So now it's just the Queen bee,  the breaker and the fixer... Every family has these in it in one form or another *, *

I was not going to post these not so tasty treats, but my daughter and granddaughter are are so blunt, I had to share. Granddaughter : "why is there beef jerky with those pancakes?" Me: smirky silence Daughter: "oh, I thought those were turkey patties with gravy, but the butter didn't make any since." Me: "get out" Daughter: "I can tell those are tacos. I like the tacos." Me: shaking my head and putting my toys away. *, *
